Gregory Sean Kade was born March 28,
1974. He graduated from Woodrow Wilson
High School in 1993 and was hired at the
Raleigh County Sheriff's Department in
2002.
After receiving and responding to the 911
dispatch to 251 Cabell Heights Road and
armed with a shotgun,
Deputy Kade opened fire on Robert Webb
on July 4, 2006 with .00 buckshot from his
shotgun.
Can you imagine Deputy Kade creeping up
Primrose Lane in the dark? Knowing that he
and Hajash had just spent several minutes
witnessing Rob walking peacefully back and
forth to his garage, yet he had his shotgun
ready. He was ready for Bear/Bare.
Kade arrived at the end of the shrubs on
Primrose Lane, just as the picture is
showing. What a perfect shot of Rob’s head
from exactly 31 feet away!
So, he crouches and waits... for his upward
shot to be fired.
