What happened to the EOC transcript where Greg Kade repeated John Hajash’s transmission and said again, Shots fired, subject down, we need EMS?
Did the Raleigh County Sheriff Office conduct a fair and un-biased investigation? Or did they find something unusual as Moore states and then begin an
internal investigation? The Prosecutor and FBI reviewed the investigative file provided to them and they agreed to not charge the deputies because it
was a justified homicide. REALLY! How did they make their conclusions when they had not received all of the evidence. They did not have the autopsy
or toxicology report by 10 Jul 2006. They also did not have any experts look at the weapon or the deputies use of force until 2009.
Chief Deputy Steve Tanner lived less than one mile from 251 Cabell Heights Road off of Old Eccles Road. The deputies could have probably thrown a
rock to his house from where they parked their vehicles that night. How can he explain these discrepancies? Was he the third officer in the area that
night? Did someone falsify these EOC transcriptions or did Tanner lie under Direct Examination?
Why would the deputies and 911 operators be looking for Chief Deputy Steve Tanner if he was already on scene?
How could Chief Deputy Steve Tanner state he was called within minutes and be on the scene immediately after the 1:12am shooting (10 minutes) but
not be called by EOC until 1:27am and they get no answer on either the home or cell and then he needs to call for directions to a house in his own
neighborhood from Harper Park?
Why did Sheriff Steve Tanner lie under oath when asked when he learned of the tape recording with John Hajash. Sheriff Steve Tanner claimed to know
nothing of the taped conversation until 3 hours before his Direct Examination on 08/09/10 but he transcribed the taped conversation before he was
Sheriff in 2008. How did Judge Irene Berger not see this?
Why is Steve Tanner’s version of the taped conversation not the same as the legal notarized version by Harris reporting? The transcript that he
perused before his direct examination was his 78-page version and not the 90-page version from Harris Reporting.
In the 911 transcript, was #123 Canaday or was it Lilly?
Did Chief Deputy Steve Tanner transcribe this EOC transmission like he did the taped conversation with Deputy John Hajash that he claims he only
found out about on 08/09/10.
How many EOC operators  say "bye-bye" or "uh-huh" during radio transmissions concerning a fatal shooting.
In Judge Irene Berger's instructions to the jury, she told them to disregard witness testimony if it was conflicting, explaining that if they can't believe
their whole testimony, they can't believe just part of it. These instructions were left out of the transcription of her document. Why?
Why would the judge allow a transcript of this EOC transmission to be used in court when it was transcribed by the defendants?
Who took the ECG tape from the log sheet and why was it not produced at trial?
The Court notes that the statements in the deputies’ deposition indicating Mr. Webb raised his gun to his right shoulder were not assertions by the
deputies, but rather, in both cases, leading questions that went undenied. See, supra, nn. 10-11
This is located at the bottom of page 21 of the judge’s summary judgment.
Can someone mark out questions in a deposition? Moore and Tanner both took out questions from their list that they would not answer
Amy Z took the initial call, not Sharon C as she testified to in court.
The call started at 12:49 and Amy Z was on the phone with Amy Smith, the complainant, for 2 min and 44 seconds. It took her only 6 seconds to begin
logging her information starting with the time, 0:51:54.
Amy Z also logs the ambulance information at 1:18 and 1:28 as they happened.
Wendell had a conversation with Tanner at 3:31:36 when Tanner called to ask Wendell to get Mabscott Fire Dept to come and clean up ‘his scene’.
Wendell logged this information also in a timely manner and consistent with the 911 recording.
Sharon C who did not take the call and after reading Amy Z’s log from above determined that the caller meant that he was shooting TOWARDS his house.
DAMN!
At 1:20:59, Sharon logged ‘Shots fired male down at 0112. That was 9 minutes after the time they SAY they shot Rob.
Why would it take her 9 minutes to log something that important? I thought 911 operators were supposed to be able to deal with emergencies.
At 1:33:07, Sharon finally gets around to logging her fruitless attempt at 1:26 to get in touch with Steve Tanner and leaves a voice message on his home
and cell phone.
If he was shot at 1:12 and the 911 operator was trying to get hold of Steve at 1:26, where was Steve? Across town, not knowing directions to a house
within a mile of his own. Right!
Steve testified that someone at the emergency operations center called him within less than 10 minutes of the shooting, that he took the call and told
the caller that he would respond. He said he got dressed and went straight to the scene, probably being the fifth person there. What? Steve was asking
directions of the 911 operator at almost 2:00.
Deputy Williams asked the 911 operator “I’ve been trying to get a hold of 101 – call him and see if you can get him up”. The 911 operator even called
Steve’s office.
EOC: Hey, Michelle, you haven’t been trying to get a hold of Steve have you?
HQ: Huh-uh, I really don’t know, I just know what you told me is all I know.
What the hell?

                Sheriff Steve Tanner should be
removed from office for his role in the
death of Robert Webb, July 4, 2006
when he was Chief Deputy for the
Raleigh County Sheriff's Department
Why the lies Steve?
What do you have to hide?
