Personal Resumes
Rules of Civil Procedures dictates that
expert witness testimony must include a
personal resume and a list of their last
four years cases. Sam does not follow
the rules.
Why did Samuel change the date of his
Masters Degree from Kent State, OH in
Physical Education, Exercise Physiology
area of Concentration, from August,
1977 to August 1979 to August 1997?
Does he really have a Master's Degree or
is he just unable to pin down within a
decade when he received it?
Why did he claim to be an Honorary
Kentucky Coronal when he doesn't know
how to spell Colonel or use spell-check?
Why does he list in his resumes that he
was honorably discharged from the
USMC as a sergeant?
Why did he delete being a consultant to
President Clinton in later resumes?
If true, why delete it?
Did he give a false resume to his current
employer?
