to back it up," Faulkner told Force
Science News. "By getting the survey
introduced into evidence, the defendant
officer usually can show that thousands
of his fellow professionals, as well as a
cross-section of ordinary civilians,
concur that his actions were appropriate,
given the circumstances he faced. That's
tough for a plaintiff to overcome."
In the civil trial, Webb v Raleigh Co
Sheriff's Dept, Faulkner stated that the
only thing he would have done
differently would be to shoot Rob Webb
sooner. What the Hell?

background in his personal resume:

PFC Meritoriously;
Platoon Dress Blue Honor Man
National Spirit Honor Medal from
Congress awarded to 1 in 10.000
Marines;
First person in the history of USMC Boot
Camp to graduate with perfect
Proficiency and Conduct evaluation
marks;
USMCR Instructor in hand-to-hand
combat and physical training;
Honorably discharged with the rank of
sergeant.
