Come on now, somebody tell me how the jury was paid off in corrupt Raleigh County. Okey Mills, comment? I also agree with "the hammer. Once it goes in, you can't get it out!

156 The Heat - Not guilty is the way we stay filthy.

157. dave - thats my brother and it never should of happened and its pathetic they will never pay for it

164. Woolineyes - FACTS: It is not known what OJ did nor Casey Anthony. It is a matter of record what the law did in this case. Do you walk around in your drive way with a gun, shooting it? You just don't do that unless you want shot. Not much intel, needed here. As for OJ and Casey there could have been some other help involved there. Really some strong proof in this case don't you think?

165. Woolineyes - Just Sayin wrote: 2 others that were found NOT GUILTY were: Casey Anthony O.J. SimpsonSo? Just sayin what? You don't like cops? This is NOT Orlando, this is Beckley. Put Casey on trial with Beckley jurors and see what happens. Havn't heard of anyone throwing their kid off the bridge and getting away with it yet.

166. MY FRIEND ROB - HAVING ONLY MISSED THE ONE AFTERNOON OF THIS CASE (WHEN TANNER AND A COUPLE OF NEIGHBORS TOOK THE STAND).I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE OUTCOME.THAT ROB WAS POINTING A GUN WAS ONLY WITNESSED BY POLICE AND A RUNNING THAT THE JUDGE MADE.THE TIME LINE OF 3 MINUTES TO WALK OR RUN 1/4 OF A MILE CHECK A FENCE AND USE A HEDGE FOR COVER TO ANSWER A CALL THAT HAJASH ADMITED ON THE STAND THAT HE THOUGHT WAS JUST A NUISANCE CALL.AS FOR MARY NOT GETTING MONEY THIS WAS ABOUT A DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATING ITSELF AND FINDING NO FAULT.YES THE DEPUTIES WERE CLEAR BUT THEY WERE ONLY INVESTIGATED BY THEIR DEPARTMENT. PLEASE TELL ME HOW A BODY LYING AT A 90 DEGREE ANGLE TO THE TRUCK(ON DRIVERS SIDE) WITH FEET AT TRUCK CAN BE SHOT FROM HEAD TO TOE WITH OFFICER STANDING AT THE BACK OF THE TRUCK. WHEN THE POLICE DRAWING SHOWS THAT THEY MARK THINGS IN GROUPS AS THEY COME TO THEM AND THE SPENT SHELLS WERE MARKED LIKE ONE(CADES), TWO,THREE, TWENTY WERE HAJASHS. SOMETHING IS WRONG. ROB HAD NOT FIRED THE GUN FOR AT LEAST A HALF AND HOUR BEFORE POLICE ARRIVED. THE CALLER ONLY WANTED THE POLICE TO DRIVE BY THIS WAS PART OF THE 911 CALL. THE NEIGHBOR WOMEN WHO TOOK THE STAND TO TRASH ROB NEVER MET HIM BUT MUST NOT HAVE BEEN SO SCARCED SHE TOOK FOOD TO HIS FAMILY AFTER HE DIED.WHEN DANNY MOORE SAID HE STAYED OUT OF IT BUT WHEN ON CROSS IT WAS BROUGHT OUT THAT HE WAS THEIR THAT NIGHT HE SAID HE FORGOT.ALSO THAT IF HE THOUGHT HE COULD NOT TRUST HIS OFFICERS THAT HE SHOULD JUST CLOSE THE DOORS.(THE MEANING I TOOK WAS THEIR ARE NEVER BAD COPS) DONT GET ME WRONG I HAVE LOTS OF FRIENDS WHO ARE COPS BUT NOT EVERY COP IS GOOD.I ONLY HOPE THE THE WEBB LAWYERS DO ONE THING TURN THEIR FINDING OVER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OUTSIDE RALEIGH COUNTY SO ROB'S WIFE AND GIRLS CAN TRUE JUSTICE, THATS ALL THEY REALLY WANTED. SIDE NOTE ROB WAS IN HIS UNDERWEAR BECAUSE HIS WET CUTOFFS WERE IN HIS GARAGE WHERE HE HAD JUST TAKEN THEM OFF. AND IM GLAD HIS DAUGHTER WENT IN FIVE MINUTES BEFORE OR THIS WOULD HAVE BEEN A WORSE TRAGEDY.

167. a citizen - True justice? Sure, that's all they wanted. I hate the situation for the little girls. I also hate it for the officers. How do you think they feel about having to shoot someone? At least one of them was basically a kid at the time of the incident. What would you do when faced with a gun pointed at you? Your friend Rob should have been sober and smarter.

168. greg in central va - Gee, a no money verdict? WOW, I didn't see that one coming lol. Lawyers are just bottom feeding scum. Throwing sh!t and a man's good name up on the wall and see if they can make something stick. Of jury saw through that crap and rendered a just verdict. JUSTICE IS SERVED.

169. yea - If you agree on the verdict or not, the 2 deputies has been judged by a jury of their peers and was found not guilty. Enough said

170. meeeeeeee - To Rob's friend: I found it hard to read your post. I couldn't tell where one statement began and ended. Please DON'T EVEN SUGGEST that the police officers might have shot the little girl. Also, don't make it look like the neighbors made up things. They obviously had legitimate complaints. That isn't trashing someone. It is telling the truth. Taking food to someone's family after a death is a courtesy. It doesn't mean the neighbor agreed or not with what Mr. Webb did. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to live in his neighborhood. This was not a case of whether all cops are good or bad. It is a case of whether protocol was followed. Two different bodies have now said the police did what they should have done. You can't cry good ole boys because it was a federal jury. Now the other taxpayers and I get to pay the court costs for this useless lawsuit. The coffin-riding plaintiff's attorney should be made responsible for it. I'm sure he planned on stuffing his pockets had the verdict been the opposite!

171. MY FRIEND ROB - MEE TWO DIFFERENT BODIES THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATED THEMSELVES. DID NOT CALL STATE POLICE OR CITY OF BECKLEY.

172. justiceprevailed - MY FRIEND ROB wrote: MEE TWO DIFFERENT BODIES THE SHERIFF DEPARTMENT INVESTIGATED THEMSELVES. 173. attention to detail - who knows wrote: How do you know the who the jurors are? There names have never been released.First off its their, not there. Secondly, those who were in the court room and paid HALF attention during jury selection knew that. The questions asked about their appointments and car pooling and to where made it obvious. Again, if people paid half attention they knew where the jurors were FROM, nobody said anything about their names. The problem with people like some on here touting, I was in the courtroom all week is that it is pointless. The only people in that room that mattered have rendered their verdict. What do any of those men and women have to gain by a not guilty verdict on all three counts? Not a thing.

174. MY FRIEND ROB - Anyone in that courtroom who can explain the final bullet and where it was fired from? The missing tape from the emt report or the bullets number differently from the one gun? I welcome your answer.

175. a citizen - It's done. Maybe a neighbor took a shot.

176. yea - MY FRIEND ROB wrote: Anyone in that courtroom who can explain the final bullet and where it was fired from? The missing tape from the emt report or the bullets number differently from the one gun? I welcome your answer. Nobody ever said it was 100% for sure shot while on the ground he could have been in the process of falling when the bullet struck him. The state medical examiner said there was NO WAY of knowing the placement of Mr. Webb when he was shot .... And the deputy said he thought the victim still had the gun in his hands when the 3rd shot was fired...they are trained to fire until they think the situation is controlled and even the officer don't know which of the 3 shots actually struck Mr. Webb

177. nothings impossible - MY FRIEND ROB wrote: Anyone in that courtroom who can explain the final bullet and where it was fired from? The bullet could very well have been fired from exactly where hajash said he was. If rob fell onto his right side, head toward the bed of the truck, you know almost the exact position he was in in the photos just no longer on his side, it is absolutely possible. Ever wonder why bullets retrieved from the body weren't entered into evidence? Maybe because the condition of the bullet out of his chest was consistent with having skipped off the ground before entering his chest, that also helped it lose velocity, hence it never made it out of his back. See that would have given defense council a chance to call another expert to spank the plaintiffs attorneys again, so they avoided that train wreck altogether.

178. 2nd Amendment - Maybe the initial blast from a Remington 870 12 gauge shotgun sealed his fate. Anyone who has knowledge of the damage a 12 gauge can impose knows-he would've died from just that shot let alone any more. Forget where hajash's bullet entered blah blah blah. Once mr. Webb was shot in the chest/head area with that shotgun-he didn't have a chance.

179. dave - all i know is i can guarantee he wasnt the only one shooting a gun in the on the 4th but he was the only one murdered by our sheriffs who snuck up on him

182. heights - I heard then saw the red truck! It's stupid loud! He needs his young ass a ticket. How the hell can he get an inspection sticker. The police needto give him a ticket then fine the place that did the inspection!

183 Verizon user - The Red Ford License 3LU-921 is a mennace to this neighborhood of Cabell Heights as well as Old Eccles Rd, Mt Tabor, Whitestick Dr., and surrounding areas. The callous idiot who operates it has been witnessed running stop signs (at a high rate of speed), having no exhaust and making his engine as fast and loud as possible to disturb everyone in these neighborhoods, as well as high rate speeding, sliding tires and reckless driving. I am posting this openly on this public forum so Sheriff Tanner and his Deputies can see clearly that there is a menacing problem in Cabell Heights. Maybe they can bring the same deadly force here to stop the IDIOT who is endangering all of the citizens, men, women AND CHILDREN of this neighborhood with his red Ford Truck. He has come close to sliding out of the road and crashing thru houses. Again the license Number is 3LU-921. Lets see if the sheriff responds. Don't hold your breath.

184. rodman - hajash couldnt shoot a wad let alone hit a target with a hand gun

185. greg in central va - My last opinion on this thread. For those of you without law enforcement experience, how much do you think training has to do with response to a given situation? What take a mil-second to happen cannot be thought out beforehand. One has to rely on ingrained training to IMMEDIATELY react and hopefully to do the right thing. These officers did not respond to that call with the intention of killing that man. His acts were the proximate cause of his own demise. This has been investigated and adujicated in a federal court and the case is OVER. I hope and pray these fine officers can put this behind them, in a sense, and know that they did the right thing. Only police officers have to react instantaneously and are judged for EVERY nuance of their acts in leisure.

186. MY FRIEND ROB - Yea and Nothings possible Hajash was more less on the passenger side of the truck even with the body rolling the angle would have to have been from feet to head not head to feet. But why were bullet casings so far out of order.

The only holiday like that is New Years...

190. a citizen - Sounds like Rob's friend needs a job and rodman should take his hands off the keyboard and go back to holding his rod.

191. nothings impossible - heres one possibility. plaintiffs attorneys made such a big point about how dark it was, lets go with that for one moment. maybe it was missed in the dark, testimony given was the ems truck was asked to come and illuminate the scene. how about when that truck lit up the scene better then that one was found. there is one possiblilty. there are others, but we can go on all day long. you will never say that anyone other then the deputies were in the wrong that night. it was perfectly acceptable that "your friend rob" acted the way he did that night. okay to be drunk and operate a firearm because that is what according to neighbors and the plaintiffs attorneys is a normal west virginians behavior, too boot operating that firearm while he is drunk around his 11 year old daughter (very safe thing to do!), okay to be walking around in his underwear, okay to point an ak-47 that had a full magazine with one in the chamber and safety off at ANYONE let alone police, okay to be completely irresponsible in his behaviors. all of that was proper and normal behavior, right? i must be missing something but then again his own wife classified him as a redneck on the witness stand. yes that is a better fit, those behaviors fall more into line with what most people think of when they think redneck myself and most others see the negligent behavior of that night started right in the driveway of the webb home long before police were ever on scene.

Aren't these HEROES trained to take cover and asses further options? When you fall back on the training copout it makes me sick. In essence these trained human Dobermans where incapable of thinking because of some deep ingrained hard wired training that rendered their intellect useless. Ambushing someone armed or not is the Dobermans way out. But, If these men could honestly think they would pursue real careers that demand reasoning skills and not some robotic, hard wired TRAINING. You clowns really think that you are heroes. You think we are at the mercy of the big bad world and you somehow hold it all together for us. I'm one of the many who will not call you clowns for anything. And I mean anything. I don't feel like I rely on your kind for my own personal safety. The reason I call you Dobermans is I view you as a mindless attack dog setting on the porch waiting for that helpless soccer mom to drive by with an expired sticker. In your case, your porch is an air conditioned cruiser. As an armed citizen, if someone is stupid enough to come in my home I can deal with them effectively. If I need pulled over and taxed I will drive past your Dobermanic porch. In the meantime just keep walking around thinking that the world would fold without you. The only thing that would fold is the money you generate enforcing bullshit traffic laws. My friends and I have a funny name for you folks. It's not cop or officer, or even police. We call you revenue agents. Your only visible purpose is to generate revenue for the state like a bunch of blood sucking ticks. Bravo folks! Bravo!

200. a citizen - The scary part is your reference to yourself as an armed citizen Do you have a permit? This proves that there should be a mental evaluation to grant permits. If you are simply a gun owner, there is responsibility with that. Mr. Webb didn't seem to understand that and neither do you. I'm sure the police won't give a damn whether you call them for help or not.
