That isn't trashing someone. It is telling the truth. Taking food to someone's family after a death is a courtesy. It doesn't mean the neighbor agreed or not with what Mr. Webb did. I certainly wouldn't have wanted to live in his neighborhood. This was not a case of whether all cops are good or bad. It is a case of whether protocol was followed. Two different bodies have now said the police did what they should have done. You can't cry good ole boys because it was a federal jury. Now the other taxpayers and I get to pay the court costs for this useless lawsuit. The coffin-riding plaintiff's attorney should be made responsible for it. Nobody ever said it was 100% for sure shot while on the ground he could have been in the process of falling when the bullet struck him. The state medical examiner said there was NO WAY of knowing the placement of Mr. Webb when he was shot .... And the deputy said he thought the victim still had the gun in his hands when the 3rd shot was fired...they are trained to fire until they think the situation is controlled and even the officer don't know which of the 3 shots actually struck Mr. Webb

The bullet could very well have been fired from exactly where hajash said he was. If rob fell onto his right side, head toward the bed of the truck, you know almost the exact position he was in in the photos just no longer on his side, it is absolutely possible. Ever wonder why bullets retrieved from the body weren't entered into evidence? Maybe because the condition of the bullet out of his chest was consistent with having skipped off the ground before entering his chest, that also helped it lose velocity, hence it never made it out of his back. See that would have given defense council a chance to call another expert to spank the plaintiffs attorneys again, so they avoided that train wreck altogether.

I am posting this openly on this public forum so Sheriff Tanner and his Deputies can see clearly that there is a menacing problem in Cabell Heights. Maybe they can bring the same deadly force here to stop the IDIOT who is endangering all of the citizens, men, women AND CHILDREN of this neighborhood with his red Ford Truck. He has come close to sliding out of the road and crashing thru houses. Again the license Number is 3LU-921. Lets see if the sheriff responds. Don't hold your breath.

What take a mil-second to happen cannot be thought out beforehand. One has to rely on ingrained training to IMMEDIATELY react and hopefully to do the right thing. These officers did not respond to that call with the intention of killing that man. His acts were the proximate cause of his own demise. This has been investigated and adujicated in a federal court and the case is OVER. I hope and pray these fine officers can put this behind them, in a sense, and know that they did the right thing. Only police officers have to react instantaneously and are judged for EVERY nuance of their acts in leisure.

It was 1-3 in the morning maybe it was over looked the first time but seen later on then marked.

191. nothings impossible - heres one possibility. plaintiffs attorneys made such a big point about how dark it was, lets go with that for one moment. maybe it was missed in the dark, testimony given was the ems truck was asked to come and illuminate the scene. how about when that truck lit up the scene better then that one was found. there is one possiblilty. there are others, but we can go on all day long. you will never say that anyone other then the deputies were in the wrong that night. it was perfectly acceptable that "your friend rob" acted the way he did that night. okay to be drunk and operate a firearm because that is what according to neighbors and the plaintiffs attorneys is a normal west virginians behavior, too boot operating that firearm while he is drunk around his 11 year old daughter (very safe thing to do!), okay to be walking around in his underwear, okay to point an ak-47 that had a full magazine with one in the chamber and safety off at ANYONE let alone police, okay to be completely irresponsible in his behaviors. all of that was proper and normal behavior, right? i must be missing something but then again his own wife classified him as a redneck on the witness stand. yes that is a better fit, those behaviors fall more into line with what most people think of when they think redneck myself and most others see the negligent behavior of that night started right in the driveway of the webb home long before police were ever on scene.
