On July 5, 2006, Melissa Webb,
Rob's sister and
Chris Hatfield, his neighbor,
helped the investigator take
pictures of what they saw on
July 4, 2006 after sheriff's
deputies shot and killed him in
the driveway of his residence
.
In their own hand drawing of the
scene, both Deputy Greg Kade
and Deputy John Hajash depicted
their location at the time they fired
their weapon on Rob to be behind
his truck and standing in the
middle of Primrose Lane.
Bullet casings and bullet holes were left in the
garage and the tool shed from the officer’s
bullets but the bullet holes don't line up with
the trajectory path of where they said they were
standing when they shot Rob.

Included in the motion to the court asking for a
jury view of the scene, the bullets left in the
garage and tool shed were disclosed.
Why was these never mentioned in court?
The trajectory path into the garage and
shed tell exactly where the deputies stood
when they fired the fatal shots into Rob Webb.
